Our place is at Bp-64 in Pitam Pura, right across from the Munimaya Ram Hospital. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. Pitam Pura is a busy part of Delhi, and the road in front of our shop is almost always packed with cars and rickshaws. We deal with tools, which is why we have the word toolax in our name. The shop is filled with boxes and crates of various sizes. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything on the shelves. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure the right tools go to the right people. It can be a bit noisy with the hospital traffic and the general bustle of the neighborhood, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us working together to keep the business moving. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when things get hectic, which helps get through the long afternoons. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run a simple shop where we sell tools and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by. It’s a basic setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. We usually close up late and then head home through the Delhi traffic like everyone else.
