The Professionals Growth Network Of India Foundation sounds like a big title, but we are just a small team working in a regular house. We set this up because we wanted to see people around here get better opportunities. It’s a quiet street for the most part, though the mornings can get a bit loud when everyone is heading to work. We spend our time talking to local workers and young people who are trying to find their way. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, and our desks are usually covered in files and notes. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find out about us by word of mouth or just by walking past the house. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. Sometimes we lose track of time while discussing a new idea, and suddenly it's dark outside. We don't have all the answers, but we try to help people figure things out for themselves.
