We are based in Jahangir Puri, specifically at J-437. It’s a busy part of North Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of folders piled up. We spend most of our time coordinating with our staff who are out at different locations. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise building; we are right there on the ground in the middle of the community. Sometimes the power flickers when it’s really hot outside, but we just keep going. We have been at this address for a long time, so most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone comes in for the shift changes, but we make it work. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with good old-fashioned notebooks and pens. It feels more reliable that way sometimes. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just tell people what needs to be done and we get to it. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a quick break. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we work hard and try to stay out of trouble. We’ve been here for years. It’s just how we do things.
