We're based over in Keshav Puram, specifically at C-4/14C. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, a bit crowded and always noisy. Our office is where all the planning for Pharohtrans happens. We aren't a massive company with a skyscraper. We’re just a group of people who know how to move cargo. Some of us have been doing this for decades, so we’ve seen the industry change a lot. We spend most of our time on computers or the phone, trying to make sure everything stays on track. Delhi traffic is always a struggle, so we spend a lot of time figuring out the best times for trucks to move. It’s practical, everyday stuff. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just have a map and a calendar. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles in the summer heat, but we keep the work going regardless. It’s about getting things from one place to another without too much fuss. We know our regulars and they know us. There’s a certain way we do things here that just works. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide a way for businesses to get their goods delivered. If the paperwork is right and the driver is ready, then we’re doing our job. That’s really all there is to it at our Keshav Puram office. We keep it simple and keep it moving.
