We’ve been based here at Block KP in Pitampura for a while now. Panchtatav Dream Resorts Private Limited is just our small venture run from house number 254. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, always something going on in the streets. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work from here. North West Delhi has its own vibe, and being in Pitampura keeps us right in the middle of everything. We started this company because we wanted to get into the resort side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork and planning, honestly. Some days are slow, others we are running around trying to get things sorted. People often ask what the name means, and we just tell them it’s about the five elements, keep it simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and keep things moving. The traffic around here can be a nightmare sometimes, especially near the main blocks, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve lived in Delhi long enough to know how it goes. We just focus on our projects and try to stay organized. If you ever walk past block KP, you’ll see it’s a lived-in place, very local. That’s how we like to keep our business too, just straightforward and real without any of that corporate talk everyone uses these days.
