Our office for Nuek Global is tucked away in Pitampura, inside the LIG flats at Qu Block. We are in flat number 215-C on the third floor. There isn't an elevator, so we all get a bit of exercise coming and going every day. It’s a regular residential flat that we have turned into a workspace. We have computers set up in the main room and some files stored in what used to be a bedroom. It’s got a very homey feel to it, which is nice because it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We handle global business from here, which sounds very big, but really it's just a few of us making calls and sending emails to different parts of the world. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, so it can get a bit loud, but we don’t mind much. It’s part of being in a real community. The kitchen still works, so we make a lot of tea and coffee throughout the day to keep ourselves going. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we manage to find a corner for everything. We like being in Pitampura because everything we need is right nearby. It’s a practical and honest place to run a business without needing a fancy office in a high-rise. We just focus on the day's tasks and try to keep things moving.
