New Telecom

New Telecom is tucked away on the second floor of the Usha Kiran Building. If you know where Akash Cinema is in Azadpur, we are pretty much right there. Our office is 205/A. It’s a tight space but it works for what we do. We handle a lot of phone-related stuff and network connections. The commercial complex gets quite crowded, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and the neighbors are all okay. You might see us running back and forth between the office and the local shops. Dealing with telecom gear means staying busy. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us trying to get the jobs finished. We answer the phones, fix what’s broken, and try to make sense of all the wiring. Azadpur is a loud place, always something happening outside. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the sign near the stairs. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. Most people around here know us by now. We just do our work and go home. It’s a decent living. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a problem they can’t solve themselves.
