Nayantara Eye Centre

Nayantara Eye Centre is tucked away at B-106 in Subhadra Colony. If you’re coming by the metro, we’re really close to the station and right near Metro Pillar 168. It’s a handy spot because most people use the metro to get around this part of Delhi. We deal with eyes, so our day is mostly about eye exams and helping people see a bit better. The space is simple and clean, nothing too over the top. We have the usual equipment for testing vision and checking for any issues with the eyes. Living and working in Daya Basti means we see a lot of people from the neighborhood. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait for the next person, while other days everyone seems to come in at once. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just enough room for people to sit while they wait their turn. The staff here is small. We know the names of a lot of our regulars who come back for their yearly checks. It’s just a regular eye center doing regular work. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just open up, clean the lenses, and help whoever walks in from the street near the pillar. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but being near the station helps. It's just how we run things here every day of the week.
