We’ve set up Nagpal Dental & Ortho Clinic to be a place where locals can get their teeth looked at without much fuss. The space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit in the dental chairs and the equipment we need. It smells like most dentist offices—that clean, sharp scent of antiseptic. We spend a lot of our day dealing with braces and routine cleanings. It’s not the most exciting work for some, but we find it satisfying to see people's smiles get straighter over time. We aren't a big chain; it's just us here working every day. Sometimes the receptionist is also the one helping out with the instruments if we’re short-handed. We have a small TV in the waiting room, though people usually just look at their phones while they wait for their turn. We try to be punctual, but dental work can be unpredictable, so sometimes we run over time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just talk to you about your teeth and tell you what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our patients are from the surrounding sectors in Rohini, and we like it that way.
