Mystique Logistics

We are based over in the Lawrence Road Industrial Area at B-34. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise and movement around us, which suits what we do just fine. We work in logistics. This basically means we spend our time tracking packages and making sure trucks are loaded properly. Our office is a practical space right in the middle of all the action. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us hunched over computers or talking on the phone with someone at a warehouse. We’ve been here in New Delhi for a good stretch. We handle the movement of goods for various people and companies. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, even if it looks messy from the outside. We don't use marketing slogans because they don't help get a shipment delivered on time. We just tell it like it is. If there’s a delay, we say so. If a route is blocked, we find another one. It’s a lot of problem-solving on the fly. The team here is a mix of people who have been in the business for years and some newer faces. We all just muck in and get the job done. Lawrence Road is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the other businesses around here. We just keep our heads down, stay on top of the paperwork, and make sure the cargo keeps moving. (253 words)
