Muktihome Foundation

Muktihome Foundation is over at Plot No-70 in Vinoba Enclave. We are quite close to the CRPF camp, so there is always a sense of order around here. The enclave itself is a mix of houses and small offices like ours. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t from around here, but once you see the sign near Kh. No-54/3, you’ll get it. We spend our mornings getting the office ready and then it’s just a stream of tasks until evening. We don't have any flashy signs or big banners. It’s a very quiet operation. We mostly deal with local folks who know us by name. The building is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. It gets a bit cold in the winter because the floor is tile, but we manage with sweaters. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just trying to do our part in Vinoba Enclave. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. Sometimes we bring our lunch and eat together in the main room. It’s a very humble setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather use it for the foundation’s work. It’s just how we do things here. Usually, someone stays late to finish the logging, but mostly we head out when the sun goes down.
