M/S Vatika Limited

You can find us over in Narela, which is a bit of a distance from the main hub of Delhi but it’s where we operate. The office is actually located in the DDA Colony, specifically at Flat No. 229 in Sector A6, Pocket-1. I’m S.K. Jha, and I handle the local side of things for M/S Vatika Limited from here. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than the industrial zones, which helps when we have to go through documents and planning files. Most of the time, the desk is piled high with site reports and schedules. Narela has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work around here. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a practical space where the real work gets done. Sometimes we have to head out to different sites across Delhi, but this is where we come back to finish the paperwork. We've been in this pocket of Sector A6 for some time now. People in the colony know us as the ones who are always busy with construction talk. We keep it simple and don't bother with corporate talk. It’s about getting the projects moving and making sure everyone is on the same page. If you're in the 110040 area, you'll know it's a growing part of the city. We're just doing our part. It is a humble setup but it works for us.
