We operate out of House Number 105 in Sawan Park Extension, which is part of Ashok Vihar Phase III in Delhi. It’s a standard residential building that we’ve converted into our workspace for Jyoti Builteck. Being in Delhi, it can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the neighbors, but inside we just focus on our building and construction paperwork. We are a small team and we’ve known each other for a long time. This isn’t one of those shiny corporate offices you see in the city center. It’s a bit cramped with all the blueprints and documents we have to keep on hand, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and sites across the city. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly we are just grinding away at the daily tasks. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. We’ve been here at Sawan Park for quite some time now and it feels like home to us. It’s just a regular place where regular people come to do their jobs every day. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just like building things and keeping our records straight.
