Hanuman Construction Co. is based out of Bhalswa, which is right by the G.T. Karnal bypass in Delhi. If you know the area, it's near the big village and post office. We’ve been at house number 199 for a good long while now. It's a busy spot with all the traffic coming off the bypass. The dust gets everywhere, but we don't mind it much. We do construction work, mostly local things around this part of Delhi. It’s a small team, just a bunch of guys who know how to build. We don't have fancy brochures. Most people just walk in or call us because they saw one of our trucks. Being near the bypass helps with getting materials in and out, though the traffic can be a real headache in the mornings. We’ve lived and worked in Bhalswa forever. The office is just a room in the building, nothing special. We have some tools and a few desks. It gets loud when the heavy trucks go by. Sometimes we take on bigger jobs, sometimes it's just small repairs. We don't really care as long as there is work to do. My uncle started this place years ago. We try to keep things simple. No big corporate meetings, just talking over tea about what needs to be finished by Friday. It's a honest living in a crowded part of the city. We keep the site tidy when we can.
