M/S. Ginni International Limited

We operate out of Flat 282 in Shriniketan Apartment. It is in Sector-17, Rohini, specifically Pocket C-2. Working out of an apartment building means we get to know the security guards and the folks living nearby pretty well. It is a bit different than being in a downtown high-rise. We use the rooms as offices, so it is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the filing cabinets and desks. Rohini is a huge area, but this corner is relatively manageable once you get used to it. We spend the day on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It gets busy in the afternoons when all the reports start coming in. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come up, knock, and walk into a room full of people working. It is an honest way to run a business. The fan hums in the background, and there is usually someone complaining about the heat or the rain. We handle what needs handling. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs instead. It keeps us moving. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use some fresh paint, but it does not stop us from getting the work done. We focus on the tasks at hand and do not worry much about the rest. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here. (248 words)
