We are located in Rohini, specifically in Block C of Prashant Vihar. Our office is on the second floor of house number 237. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main markets, which we actually prefer. We handle real estate matters from here. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for all the paperwork, and a small area where we sit down with people. The stairs leading up are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent checking property listings or talking to neighbors about what's available in the area. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk to clear our heads. We don't have a big marketing department or polished presentations. It’s just us and our knowledge of the local streets. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we’re always wiping down the desks. We usually have tea in the late afternoon while we finish up the day's records. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We just try to stay on top of the local market and help people out when they drop by for a chat about prices.
