Modern Construction Co. (Delhi) is based at C-8/259 Keshav Puram on Lawrence Road. We are in the 110035 area of New Delhi. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with construction projects, which usually means a lot of dust and a lot of noise. Our location on Lawrence Road is quite convenient for getting materials in and out. We aren't a big corporate office with people in suits. Most of us are more comfortable in work boots. We’ve been in Keshav Puram for a while and have seen the area change a bit over the years. The traffic on Lawrence Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We try to get our work done during the daylight hours and then head back to the office to sort out the paperwork. It’s not the most exciting work in the world but it's what we know. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big promises. We just look at the plans and try to build what is required. Some days are harder than others when supplies are late or the heat is too much to stand.
