We have been here in New Delhi for a long time, working on the animal feed side of things. It’s a bit of a niche business, but we enjoy it. The office isn't a factory; it’s more where the orders get taken and the planning happens. Pitampura is a crowded area, but we’ve got our little corner figured out. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the items are what they need to be. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of chrome and glass. We have desks that have seen better days and a lot of samples lying around sometimes. People know Shashi Bhushan Garg around here, and that’s how a lot of our business comes in. We don't put out a lot of flyers. Instead, we just focus on doing the job right so people come back next time. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy throughout the week. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get the filing done. We are just regular people trying to provide a decent product to the market. Being in Delhi 110088 keeps us central to everything we need and we like it that way even when the traffic is a mess.
