Market Communications

Market Communications is up on the second floor of the Dena Bank Building. We are right at 247 Pitampura Shiva Market, near Madhuban Chowk. It’s a busy spot, always a lot of noise from the street coming up through the windows. We’ve been here a good while now, mostly dealing with phones and communication stuff for local businesses and families. Being on the second floor means people have to walk up the stairs, but most don't mind since they know we are here. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we do. We spend most of the morning answering calls and checking on orders. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic at Madhuban Chowk, which can be a real headache. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a few of us making sure people can stay connected. Sometimes we have to explain how the new routers work three or four times, but that’s just part of the job. It's a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, but we get to talk to a lot of different people every day. Shiva Market is a good place to be, even if it gets a bit crowded on the weekends. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, helping out whoever walks through the door.
