Marcellia Exports Private Limited

We are Marcellia Exports, and we’re based in Rohini Sector 16. Our office is on the second floor of a building in Block-G, specifically house numbers 152 and 153. It’s right near the park. It’s nice having the trees outside the window, even if we’re too busy with work to look at them most days. We do export work, mostly focusing on getting goods out of the country to different places. It involves a lot of talking to customs agents and freight forwarders on the phone. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need to get things done. We have a couple of rooms and a small kitchen area where we make tea. There are usually three or four of us here during the week. We’ve had to learn a lot about shipping routes and global prices over the years. It’s a lot of data entry and checking documents for errors. Sometimes we have to stay late when there’s a big shipment going out the next day. We’re just a local business trying to make things work in the export market. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to answer the phone when it rings and get the orders processed without too many hitches. Being in North West Delhi is convenient for us. We know the area well and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses or families. It is a simple setup for our daily tasks.
