Our office is located in the Aggarwal Tower over in Pitampura. It is part of the Netaji Subhash Palace area, which is always moving. If you have been to H 6/115, you know it is a lot of desks and phones ringing. This is where we handle the transport side of things. It is not about driving the trucks here, it is about the paperwork and making sure things get where they are supposed to go. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. It gets pretty hectic around midday when everyone is trying to confirm their deliveries. The building is usually full of people going in and out. We have been in this spot for a bit. It is not a very large office, but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes the lift in the tower takes forever, so we end up waiting around with the other office workers. We do not have much on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map or two. It is a practical space. We deal with drivers, customers, and a lot of logistics every single day. Some days go smooth and others have a lot of delays we have to sort out. That is just the nature of transport work. We stay until the last manifest is cleared for the day. It is a job that keeps us busy, that is for sure. People around the tower know us as the transport folks.
