We are over at B-126 on the ground floor in Vijay Vihar, Phase-1. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got a heavy iron gate at the front that we keep locked at night for safety. During the day, we’re usually inside sitting around the main desk. It’s a ground floor space which makes it easy for the older folks in the neighborhood to come by. The room is quite long and narrow, so we have to be careful about where we put the furniture so people can walk through. There’s a small bathroom in the back that always has a leaky tap. We’ve been meaning to fix it but never quite get around to it. The walls have some old marks from where we had a flood a couple of years ago. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We have a lot of books and papers stacked up in the corners because we never seem to have enough shelf space for everything. Most of the time, the radio is playing softly in the background. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for years. People from Phase-1 know the building well. We don't do much advertising at all. We just sit here and do what needs doing every day. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s our space.
