Our office is up on the 12th floor of D Mall in Netaji Subhash Place. It’s unit 1207. Netaji Subhash Place is always a bit of a madhouse with all the traffic and people moving around, but we like the energy. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with all kinds of real estate work. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We don't have those fancy espresso machines you see in corporate movies; we just use an old electric kettle for tea when we need a break. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at property documents. The view from our window overlooks the metro line and other tall buildings in Pitampura. Sometimes the elevators in the mall take forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just a small team trying to keep everything organized in the chaotic world of Delhi property. Plot A-1 is a busy spot, and finding a parking space in the morning is always a bit of a challenge. We mostly just focus on our daily tasks and help people who walk in with questions about local estates. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city life right outside our door.
