The office is basically a converted space in a residential block. It makes the whole workday feel a bit more grounded. We aren't tucked away in some sterile office park. Pitampura is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite for lunch. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. It’s a straightforward way to work. Some days are stressful when deadlines hit, but mostly we just plug away at the tasks until it’s time to lock up and head out.
