The office for M S Goetze India Ltd is located at C 8 279 A, on the first floor in Keshav Puram. This part of Delhi is always moving, and being on the first floor means we can see everything happening on the street below through our windows. It’s a convenient spot for us because the metro isn't too far away, which makes the commute easier for some of the staff. We’ve been in this specific unit for quite a few years now. The floor is covered in simple linoleum and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking on shipments. There are usually a few boxes stacked near the entrance waiting to be picked up. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every night; we usually just tidy up our own spaces before we leave. It keeps the place feeling personal. We don't use a lot of fancy business jargon when we talk to each other. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and figure out how to fix it without making a big deal out of it. Most of our regular visitors are delivery drivers or people from nearby businesses dropping off paperwork. It’s a very unpretentious environment where the focus is just on getting through the daily list of chores.
