Life Age India Foundation

Life Age India Foundation is based out of a quiet spot in Hiranki, specifically at number 172, right near the MCD School. We are currently sharing space with Manoj Sharma. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to North West Delhi, but it’s where we feel most useful. The area is pretty traditional, and we like being close to the school because it keeps the place lively. We aren't a big operation by any means. It’s mostly just a handful of locals trying to make things a little better for everyone around here. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Most days, we are busy dealing with whatever issues come through the door. It’s practical work, nothing too complicated, but it takes time and effort. Being in North West Delhi, specifically around the 110036 area, means we see a lot of different things every day. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just people living here and working here. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get muddy when it rains, but we stay open anyway. We’ve been at 172 Hiranki for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s just us doing what we can with what we have. It’s not always easy, but it is honest work that needs doing every single day to keep things moving.
