We have been working as builders in this neighborhood for a good while. Our office is just a simple room where we meet clients and talk about their homes. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we've built on the next street over. We deal with bricks, cement, and local labor. It is a practical business. We know how the local rules work and where to get the best materials for a fair price. The Rajeev Nagar area is constantly changing, with new floors being added to old houses all the time. We are right in the middle of that growth. Sometimes we are juggling two or three small sites at once. It gets stressful when deliveries are late or the rain stops us, but that is part of the building trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Delhi. We just want to finish the house we are currently working on and move to the next one.
