Our office is a simple setup because we spend most of our time out on actual construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve been doing this for a long time in the Delhi area. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect from a local construction firm—getting materials, managing labor, and making sure the structures are built okay. Rajiv Nagar is a developing area, so there’s always something going on around us. Our team consists of a few family members and some workers who have stayed with us for years. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big marketing team. If you want to see what we do, you usually just have to look at the buildings we’ve worked on in the neighborhood. The work is physically demanding and there are always problems to solve, like delays with cement deliveries or finding enough workers for a big pour. We just take it day by day. We are honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a tough business, but we like seeing a building go from a hole in the ground to something finished. That’s pretty much how we spend our weeks here, making sure the houses and projects get completed as promised.
