Our shop is located at Shop No 1 on the ground floor in Block-C 7 & 8. It’s right in the Market on Lawrence Road in Keshav Puram. We go by Kambada Narasimha Swamy Chits Private Limited. Being in the market means it’s always loud and full of life. We like being on the ground floor because it means people don't have to go looking for us. We handle chit funds, which is mostly about keeping track of who put in what and when. It’s a lot of numbers, but we’ve got a good system going. We aren't some big corporate entity from overseas. We are local people from North West Delhi. We drink our chai, talk to the other shopkeepers, and keep our business running. Some days the heat is unbearable, and other days it’s just right. We don't have any fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. If you want to join a chit, you come in and we talk about it. It’s as simple as that. We’ve had some long days making sure the books balance, but that’s what we signed up for. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over time. We just focus on doing a good job for the people who trust us with their money. It’s basic, honest work and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just try to keep things moving forward.
