Jyoti Bala

I am Jyoti Bala and I have been running my small business from A-21 in Harsh Dev Park for some time now. This is over in Budh Vihar Phase-II, which is a busy part of New Delhi where everyone is always in a hurry. My workspace is small and a bit crowded, but it serves its purpose. I don’t have a lot of employees or a big team behind me. It is mostly just me handling the phones, doing the work, and keeping the place clean. I think people like coming here because they know they are talking to the owner directly and not some manager who doesn't care. My day usually involves a lot of small tasks that add up. I might be fixing something one minute and then writing down notes for the next job. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the traffic, but once you step inside, it’s just a place of work. I don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to act like a big corporation. I am just a local person trying to earn a living and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes I get behind on my schedule, but I always try to catch up. That is just how life is when you are doing everything yourself in a city like Delhi.
