Our place is at House Number 220 in Block-F of Inder Enclave, Phase-2. It’s out in Kirari Suleman Nagar, over in North West Delhi. We use part of the house as our office for the Nidhi company. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a fancy storefront or big glass windows to show off. It’s just a room where we sit and talk to the people from the enclave. Most of the folks who come here are living right on our street or maybe the next one over. We handle the small savings and help out with loans for our members who need a bit of help. It’s very informal and relaxed. You might hear the sounds of the neighborhood or children playing while we’re talking about business. We don't have a marketing department or any of that. We just rely on being honest and fair with our neighbors. The paperwork is all kept in big steel almirahs in the corner. It’s not high-tech or modern, but it works perfectly fine for us. We’ve lived and worked here for a long time, so everyone in the area knows the house. We just sit around the table and go over the numbers one by one. There’s no corporate talk or big promises here. We just speak like we do at home. It’s practical and it serves the people around Inder Enclave. We just keep things moving along day by day without any fuss.
