You can find Jainco Buildcon Limited in the Shalimar Bagh area of Delhi, specifically in the DDA Flats at Block BI. Our flat number is 45-C, and it’s a typical Delhi residential setup that we use for our office. Being in a DDA flat means it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate building. We have the usual Delhi 110088 vibe here—lots of neighbors nearby and children playing in the parks around the blocks. Inside, we’ve set up our desks and computers to handle the construction and building work we do. It’s a bit crowded with all the files and project plans, but it’s where we get all the real work done. We don't have a big sign on the roof or a fancy entrance. Usually, people just knock on the door and walk in. The staff here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so there’s no need for formal titles or strict rules. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with sites across the city. It’s a busy life, but we like being in Shalimar Bagh because it’s a good, central place to be. We don't put on any airs about what we do; we just focus on the building projects and making sure things stay on track. It’s a simple, honest way to run a construction business in the heart of North Delhi.
