We have been operating out of this industrial unit for a good bit of time. It is mostly pipes, fittings, and other sanitation gear stacked up in the back warehouse. The office part is small and usually has someone drinking tea or checking a shipping manifest. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there in the market. We just want to make sure the supplies go out to the people who ordered them on time. The warehouse gets very hot in the summer months, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. Most of our guys have been around for a long time and they know where every single nut and bolt is kept on the shelves. We do not use any high-tech systems for everything; sometimes a pen and paper still work best for us. If you come by to visit, you will see it is a working yard, not a polished showroom. We deal with a lot of local contractors and builders who just need their stuff delivered without any fuss. We try not to overcomplicate the process. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big speeches, just heavy lifting and keeping the inventory moving.
