We’re located in Rohini Sector 11, right on the ground floor of the IN Block. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood setup here in North Delhi. People usually recognize the area because of the nearby parks and schools. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of combined units at 117 and 118. We spend our time managing the resort side of things from this desk. It’s convenient being on the ground floor since we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when stuff needs to be moved in. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, which helps us get through the phone calls and planning. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that’s always on. We aren't trying to look like a big multinational. We’re just a local business operating out of a pocket in Rohini. Sometimes the parking out front is a nightmare, but we've learned to deal with it. We handle the bookings and the logistics right from here. It's a lot of coordination. Every day is a bit different, depending on who's calling. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It's a straightforward operation. We just do the work and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible without overcomplicating things. It’s been our home base for quite some time now and it works for us. Nothing more, nothing less.
