Our place is over in Rohini, specifically in Sector 28 at C-3/5. It is a quiet residential part of the city, and we have been working out of this location for a while. We are not a big company with many branches, just this one office here in North Delhi. The space is pretty basic, with a few desks and some cupboards for our files. We deal with the property market in Rohini and the nearby sectors. Most of our day involves talking to people who are looking to move into the area or those who want to sell their current spots. It is a lot of talking and a lot of checking on local rules and regulations. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work ourselves. Sometimes it gets a bit slow, and other times we are running around all day. We like the neighborhood here; it is settled and people generally know each other. Our office is easy to spot once you get into Sector 28. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what is available in the market. It is just a regular local real estate office. We handle the documentation and help out where we can with the local property steps. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the latest listings. It's a decent way to spend the workday.
