In Delhi, we are situated on the first floor of C-12 on Mulchand Road. We are right behind the Gurunanak Public School in the Adarshnagar Extension area. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood with a mix of homes and small offices. Being near the school means it gets quite loud during the morning drop-offs and afternoon pickups, but we’ve learned to work around it. Our space is functional and doesn't have any of that corporate gloss. We have rooms filled with cabinets for all our project records and a few desks for the engineers and office staff. The building is solid, and we have a nice view of the street from the first-floor windows. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get here. We spend our days going over logistics and making sure the site workers have what they need for the cementation jobs. It’s a busy place with phones ringing and people dropping by for meetings. We don't have a receptionist, so you’ll usually see whoever is closest to the door greeting people. It’s a very collaborative way of working. The summers are harsh, but we’ve got our coolers going to keep things manageable. We aren't doing anything revolutionary in the office; we are just making sure the engineering work gets done correctly. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere that suits the kind of people we are. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the days can get pretty long and hectic.
