Insignia Clinical Services

Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Best Sky Tower, room 512, in Netaji Subhash Place. It’s a big commercial building in Pitampura, so there are always lots of people in the elevators and around the food stalls downstairs. We do clinical services here, which involves a lot of data, paperwork, and meetings. It’s more of an office environment than a clinic where you’d go for a cold. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone with different people involved in clinical trials. It’s a specific kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, and a small break room where we drink too much tea. We’ve been in the Best Sky Tower for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It’s a busy part of town, which makes it easy to get to by metro for everyone working here. We don't do much in terms of marketing ourselves. People who need our services usually already know who we are or find us through professional channels. We just focus on keeping our records straight and making sure everything is done according to the rules. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the work we do every day. We’re just a group of people working in an office in Pitampura, trying to keep things organized. It's a steady routine for us.
