Our office is located at 80-A Vikaspuri, specifically in the Vikas Puri Extension. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they have questions. India First Life Insurance Co Ltd has a lot of files and desks set up here. It is a standard office environment where we spend our time. We spend most of our mornings going through claims and answering the phone. The ground floor location is nice because we do not have to deal with elevators or stairs all day long. Outside, the neighborhood has its usual pace. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops nearby. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, but things pick up again later. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone who comes through the door. We just show them the papers they need to sign or talk about how the policy works in simple terms. The air conditioner hums in the background while we work. It is a straightforward job. We sit at our desks, manage the records, and help whoever walks in from the street. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we manage to stay on top of it. It is just us doing our part in the Vikaspuri area every day. We have been in this building for some time now and like the spot.
