It’s a typical commercial plaza in New Delhi where you find all sorts of small businesses. We’ve been here long enough that the stairs feel familiar. The 110085 area is always buzzing with people. We deal with imports and sales. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some files stacked in the corners and a few chairs for when people stop by. It’s not a designer space. We just needed a place to work from. Rohini is a good area because everything you need is close by. We usually go out for lunch at one of the local stalls. The traffic can be a headache, especially in the evenings, but that’s just part of living in the city. We don't have a big marketing department. We just handle the sales as they come in. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We try to keep things moving. There’s no secret to what we do. We just work hard in our small room 202 and try to stay ahead of the paperwork.
