Ikigai Impex (Opc) Private Limited. Flat No. 235/1, Pocket D12, Sector 7, Rohini. We operate this business out of Flat 235/1 in Pocket D12 of Sector 7. It is an OPC, so the scale is small and very personal compared to big firms. Being in a residential part of Rohini makes the environment a lot quieter than a main road office. We use one of the rooms as our main workspace, and it’s filled with computers and binders of shipping records. My daily routine involves a lot of phone calls to logistics companies and checking up on where our orders are. Since it’s a flat, there isn’t a big sign outside, and we just go about our business without much fanfare. Sometimes the courier guys have a hard time finding the specific unit, so we end up standing by the gate to wave them down. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have samples or documents piled up, but it works fine for what we need. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that; it’s just a straightforward operation focused on impex. Most of the work is done through emails and phone calls, so as long as the internet is working, we’re good. Sector 7 is a nice area with plenty of small shops nearby for when we need a break. It is just an honest, small-scale setup that allows us to manage things efficiently from a comfortable spot in the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
