We are located out in V.P.O. Ghevra, which is a bit of a distance from the main city center of Delhi. Being out here gives us a bit more space, which is good for the kind of infrastructure work we do. It’s a joint venture setup, so there are different groups coming together to get these projects finished. Most days involve a lot of coordination between the different partners. We have our main office here where we handle all the coordination for the local sites. It’s a practical place, nothing too fancy, just desks, computers, and a lot of site drawings spread out everywhere. The commute out to Ghevra can be a bit much for some, but it’s where we need to be to stay close to the actual work. We deal with all kinds of building tasks and logistics daily. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes long hours when a deadline is coming up. We don't really do the corporate thing with big presentations; we just talk about what needs to be fixed and who is doing it. It’s a hands-on environment. Most of the staff here have been in the construction business for years, so we know how things go. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and keep the machines running where they are needed. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the various delays that crop up. We just keep going.
