We are over in Ashok Vihar I, specifically at WP 184 in the Wazirpur area of New Delhi. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the streets are always full of cars and people. Global Realty Venture Ltd. has this office here to keep close to the local property market. It’s a simple space with a few desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get work done and meet with people who are looking for houses or land. New Delhi is a tough place to navigate, so we try to make things as easy as possible for anyone who stops by. We’ve been here for quite some time now and we know the Wazirpur streets pretty well. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the noise of the traffic outside. We don't use any big fancy words when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what’s available and what the situation is. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We usually close up around seven, unless someone is coming late to sign something. It’s a regular office for regular people. We know the tea seller downstairs and the guy who runs the pharmacy next door. It’s a community, even in a big city.
