German Multinantional

We’ve been here in Rohini for a good while now, specifically in Sector 9 at Parvana Vihar. It’s a quiet residential spot mostly, which makes working out of Flat L-10 pretty peaceful compared to the main roads. Most days start with trying to find a decent parking spot near Plot 52, which isn't always easy if you get here late. We focus on the work at hand without much fuss. The office itself isn’t some fancy glass tower, just a regular space where we get things done and drink a lot of chai. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, and it feels more like a community than just a business district. People often ask why we picked this specific flat, but it just worked out for us. We handle a lot of paperwork and coordination from here. It gets quite warm in the summers, so the fans are always going full blast. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New shops open up and the traffic gets a bit heavier every season, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks or talking over some blueprints. It’s a straightforward setup. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and we can just focus on what the clients need without distractions. We usually stay until the sun goes down, making sure everything is tidied up for the next morning.
