Genpact India

We are located at C-1/D Ashoka Road in the Adarsh Nagar Extension area of Delhi. If you know this part of the city, you know how crowded and lively it can get at almost any hour of the day. Genpact India has its spot here, and it is a bit of a maze to navigate the streets if you are not used to the layout. Our building is squeezed in among many others, and the noise from the traffic outside is a constant backdrop to our phone calls and typing. It is a very typical Delhi setup where space is tight and everyone is always on the move. We don’t have a big garden or a fancy lobby; it is just a door that leads to our workspace. The walls could probably use a touch-up, and the chairs are not the most ergonomic things in the world, but we make it work. Most of us take the metro to Adarsh Nagar and then walk or take a rickshaw the rest of the way. It is a very urban existence, with plenty of street food vendors nearby if we ever get hungry for a quick samosa or some tea. We focus on getting through the day's tasks and keeping the lights on. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people in a busy part of Delhi trying to do their jobs without any unnecessary drama or fuss.
