Our office is located at 1005 on the 10th floor of Pearl West in Netaji Subhash Place. It is a bit of a change for us to be up in a high-rise building like this, but it serves as a central hub for Gemini Equipment & Rentals Pvt Ltd. From up here, we manage all the different pieces of machinery we have out on rental at various construction sites and industrial projects. Netaji Subhash Place is a very busy area with lots of offices and food stalls, so there is always a lot of energy around the building. Even though we are in a modern office space, we haven't lost our connection to the actual work. Our desks are usually covered in technical manuals and equipment specs rather than fancy corporate presentations. We handle a wide variety of equipment, and it takes a lot of effort to make sure everything is serviced and ready to go. The elevators in Pearl West are always full of people, and the pace of life here is quite fast. We don't go in for big marketing slogans or promotional talk. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure our customers get what they need when they need it. It is a lot of coordination and phone work, but we have a good rhythm going. We are just regular people who have found a way to manage a complex business in a very busy part of the city.
