Frontline Engineers

We’ve been here at A - 4/38 in Sector-18 Rohini for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the technical side of things and making sure the drawings and calculations are right. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we can get the engineering work done without too much distraction. People usually find us because they need something specific solved, and we just sit down and figure it out. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when you need to focus on complex projects. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us hunched over a desk or talking on the phone with a site manager. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, honestly. Sometimes things get busy and the desk is covered in papers, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If you walk in, you might have to wait a minute if we're in the middle of a measurement. Rohini is a good spot for us because it’s easy for everyone to reach. We’ve stayed in this same block because it works. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just come in every morning, check the schedule, and start working through the list. It’s steady work and we like keeping it straightforward like that. No fluff or corporate talk here, just the tools and the projects we’re currently trying to finish up.
