Frontier Biscuit Factory

You can find us in the Madanpur Khadar area of Sarita Vihar, right in the main market. The air around our place usually smells like toasted flour and sugar because we are always baking. This isn't a massive industrial plant; it is a local factory where things are done in a more traditional way. We have our ovens and mixing machines set up in the back. The front part is where we handle the packaging and sales. It gets quite hot in here during the day, especially when all the ovens are going at once. We have been part of this market for a long time, and a lot of people stop by just because they smell the biscuits from the street. The floors are often dusted with a bit of flour, and there are stacks of tin containers waiting to be filled. We do not have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the dough right and making sure the bakes are consistent. The main market is a busy place, so there is always a lot of foot traffic passing by our doors. We usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun is even up to beat the heat. It is a straightforward life here, just making biscuits and selling them to whoever walks in or the local shops nearby. We like being in Sarita Vihar; it feels like home and the community has been good to us over the years.
