Fitness Square

Our place is called Fitness Square and we sit on the first floor of building B 4. It is right in the DDA Market on Lawrence Road. If you are familiar with this part of Delhi, you know the market gets pretty crowded, especially in the evenings. I usually get here early to sweep the stairs because people drop flyers and stuff all over them. The gym itself is just one floor. We have some treadmills near the windows so you can look out at the shops while you run. It is not a massive place, but we have enough dumbbells for everyone. Sometimes the music system acts up and we have to restart the router, which is annoying but we deal with it. I know most of the people who come in because they have been coming for years. We talk about the weather or how the local cricket team is doing. It is a very local spot. We do not have those fancy digital screens on every machine. They are just the regular kind where you press a button and start moving. My cousin helps me with the maintenance once a week. The mirrors have a few spots that will not come off, but they work fine for checking your form. It is just a simple, honest gym for the folks around Lawrence Road. We open early and close late, and that is about the whole story of what we do here.
