Our office is number 408 on the 4th floor of the ITL Twin Tower. That is in the B-09 block of NSP, Pitampura. Netaji Subhash Place is always buzzing with office workers and people eating at the food stalls. The Twin Towers are big, so the elevators can take a while during the morning rush. Once you get up to Expert Carrer Group Overseas Solutions Private Limited, it's a bit quieter. We have a view of the other buildings from our windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on video calls because we deal with overseas stuff. It is mostly paperwork and checking details. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a bowl of mints. Just a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. The air conditioning is a lifesaver in the summer months. We all have our own way of doing things, but we get the work done. Pitampura is a good place to be based. There is always somewhere to go for a quick bite. We aren't a massive multinational, just a local team handling international things from a tower in Delhi. Some days are slow, others are a total rush. We just take it as it comes and try not to get too stressed by the deadlines. It is a lot of back and forth, but we have a good rhythm going in the office now.
