We are very close to the famous Bittu Tikki Wala, so most people use that as a landmark to find us. Being in Rani Bagh means we are in a very crowded and busy part of Delhi, and our salon reflects that energy. We have a mix of salon services and spa treatments, all happening in one place. It’s a unisex spot, so we get everyone from college students to older folks from the neighborhood. The shop is on the first floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the chaos at the chowk. We don't have a big, fancy entrance; you just walk up the stairs and you’re there. Inside, we keep things simple and functional. We’ve got chairs for hair work and some rooms for the spa stuff. The staff is a hardworking group of people who have been in the business for years. We don't use corporate scripts or anything like that. We just talk to you like a normal person and find out what you want. Sometimes it’s a bit hectic when we have several people waiting for haircuts and others coming for massages, but we manage.
